Happy New Year! North Country Tune Bank

The Fiddler’s Point of View • North Country Collection features tunes long played in the granges, dance halls, and house parties of rural Northern New York. Beginning in January, 2026 I’ll share one tune each week, along with any regional stories uncovered in my research. Some of these pieces are well-known in fiddle circles across the Northeast and eastern Canada, while others have not traveled far beyond our little corner of New York… until now!

Enjoy, listen, and learn.
